Depression.

We are all suffering through a lot, in our own different ways. Suffering doesnt just mean that one suffers physically. It literally doesn't mean to have some sort of physically disease or to have some disease regarding our metabolism. We're living in a country where "mentally depressed" is not being counted in "suffering". Blackmailing, torturing and of course " Log kya kahyngy" is ruling our minds. There is a person who is getting blackmailed about something. There is another person who is being tortured brutally. There are people who are not allowed to study their favourite fields and are being told that only medical and engineering are good field. And then there are people who are suffering from " log kya kahyngy ." * Don't wear that dress warna loug kya kahyngy. Engineering chor ke literature parhogi? Loug kya kahyngy? Youngest Author From Sindh Pakistan

"Don’t let your fate decide your destination"
The quote you have read above are the words of Sindh Youngest Author Lareb Somoro.
A student of tenth grade, Lareb share this record with her friend Sajal Sheikh who wrote the book, secrets of spring. Both of them belong to a rural area of Larkana.
Her book launch was organized by Daastan on 24 March 2018 Nizamani Labour Hall where students of four colleges, writers and people with literary taste graced the event.
A true inspiration for Pakistani youth, Lareb has changed the given Pakistani literature a new way.

World's only Fertile desert

Desert usually means "a waterless, desolate area of land with little or no vegetation, typically one covered with sand",  But this is not the case with Tharparkar. Part of Rajahstan desert and residing in Sindh Pakistan, Thar have two water springs namely Anchlesar and Sardhro, as well as temporary streams called Bhatuyani River and Gordhro River which flow during the rainy season. This desert area mostly consists of barren tracts of sand dunes which are covered with thorny bushes. The ridges are irregular and roughly parallel, they rise to a height of about 46 meters and often create valleys. But due to some unusual rainy seasons and efforts by SCARP (Salinity Control and Reclamation (SCARP) Transition Pilot Project this desert has turned into a fertile land. Thus being World's only Fertile desert.  Surely, it is a great achievement for SCARP and Pakistani Government.
